Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect on the day of my appointment?
Congratulations! We are so excited to help you find your perfect dress! Upon arrival, you will be matched with one of our expert stylist. You will have your own station with comfortable seating and a large changing room. Our goal is to provide a calm and relaxed environment for you and your party.

How many people can I bring with me to my appointment?
We know this a special part of your bridal experience, so we want you to be able to bring whoever you would like. Our recommendation is to keep the party at 4 people or less, however we do not have any strict limit. Please let us know if your party is over 8 people so we can adequately accommodate you.

Do you have a seamstress?
Yes! We have partnered with Emily Rodack who is an experienced seamstress and will help you get the required adjustments and customizations done to get your dress aisle ready! Schedule your alteration appointment by clicking the link at the top of the page.

How long does it take for a dress to come in once ordered?
Every designer has different shipping dates, but typically it takes 16 to 24 weeks once we place the order. We suggest ordering your dress at least 8 months before your wedding date to ensure that there is plenty of time for alterations.

Can we bring food or drinks to the appointment?
Champagne and wine are allowed. Please do not bring any drinks that may ruin a dress such as red/rose wine. You can bring along snacks if you would like, but please be mindful of eating around any of the dresses.

Can I bring young children to my appointment?
We ask that you leave small children at home as they may get bored fast. We want our eyes and attention on the bride!

Is there a charge for scheduling an appointment?
No, there is not a charge to schedule an appointment, however there is a $75 charge for cancelling an appointment within 72 hours (3 days) of the appointment or not showing up. See more here. If there are any additional concerns, please give us a call.

What is the price range for your bridal gowns?
Our bridal gowns range from $1,200 - $3,000.

Do you have anything other than wedding gowns?
Yes, we carry bridesmaid, mothers, and flower girl dresses.

Do you carry prom dresses?
No. At this time, we do not have prom or homecoming dresses available.

Can I get a tux or suit at your shop?
No. We do not carry any menswear.

I'm looking for something unique to wear on my wedding day. Do you have anything like that?
Yes we do! We have short dresses, jumpsuits, overskirts, black dresses, and colored floral dresses. We can also customize a variety of our selections to help create your dream dress.

Do you have veils and/or accessories?
Yes! We have many styles and lengths of veils to choose from, as well as jewelry, jackets, belts, and tiaras.

Appointment Tips

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in. Be on time. Bridal appointment times are strictly upheld. If you do not show or communicate to us 10 minutes after your appointment start time, the appointment will be canceled immediately.  
 

  • Highly recommend only 2-4 loving and supportive family/friends come along that share in your vision and dreams.  

  • Children allowed, but discouraged, and must be supervised at all times by someone other than the bride.

  • No do not have tanning oils on your skin to preserve the dresses.

  • Wear underwear or appointment will need to be rescheduled.  

  • Highly recommended a good strapless bra for large busted women for support and comfort, otherwise you do not need one..

  • Highly consider your accessories, especially the veil and/or belt when you have your dress on.

  • No pets allowed.

 
We highly encourage that you come for your amazing bridal experience when you are ready to purchase your dress. Gathering all your besties together and being in the moment, we don't want you to miss sharing saying yes if the dress is right.  Trying to get them all back can be difficult.  Just come with your group, have an open mind, and relax.  You are in great hands.  We will help you discover what you love on you!

All custom-ordered wedding dresses will take approximately 16-24 weeks for delivery.  Please plan ahead.

We highly recommend you purchase your veil or any belt at the time you buy your dress or return for pick-up as you will have it on and can see the whole look together.  Accessorizing is fun too!  Accessories take between 4 weeks to 24 weeks to arrive depending upon the designer.

Furthermore, we do not do alterations at the studio.  But, we are happy to provide some names if you do not have someone.  We always recommend that you get on a seamstresses booked immediately as their calendars do fill quickly. 
 
If you discover you cannot make your appointment, please be courteous and cancel your appointment immediately.  We do charge $75 for any bridal or bridesmaid appointment that cancels within 72 hours of the appointment.  There is no charge if you attend your appointment.  This is so you are able to have the best expert stylist ready for you and the perfect open times available.
